Toronto architect

On my walk last year at St. John’s, Norway Cemetery in the Beaches, I discovered the family grave of Frank Darling, Canada’s very own Frank Lloyd Wright.

On my walk at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto with fellow walkers, we discovered the grave of one of Canada’s greatest architects, Edmund Burke. Edmund was born in Toronto in 1851 and likely learned a great deal from his father, William who was a prominent lumber merchant and builder.
