Lionel Conacher Half Century sports hero
On my walk with puck in hand at the beautiful hillside cemetery, St.John’s, York Mills churchyard, I discovered the grave of Canada’s greatest athlete of the first half of the 20th Century, Lionel “Big Train” Conacher.
