In Memory of Henry Less

After a wonderful day sailing and returning to my slip, I passed the vacant boat that everyone notices when entering and leaving the yacht club: Secret Location. Faithfully owned and sailed by a friend to many, and all-around great guy—Henry Less.

Sadly, and still to the disbelief of many, Henry drowned while boating on Lake Ontario near Ajax. He was a youthful 77 years old.

A dear friend said it best:
“He was a magnificent, unselfish human being who was attempting to change the world, and who challenged many skeptics to believe that humans can be a beautiful species.”

Henry, you’ll be missed—on the water and far beyond it.
