The Peter Schoenhofen Pyramid Mausoleum

On my walk at Graceland Cemetery in Chicago, I discovered the Schoenhofen mausoleum which is internationally famous and is one of the most photographed mausoleums in Chicago and beyond.

The Egyptian revival style family mausoleum was built in 1893 for the Chicago brewer Peter Schoenhofen.
