Visited the largest cemetery in the United States in Queen’s, New York

On my recent visit to New York City, I walked to Calvary Cemetery in Queen’s where nearly three million graves lie.  Notable burials on the grounds include, Tony Bennett, actor Dom DeLuise, novelist Mickey Spillane and many well known former mob figures. Established in 1848, Calvary Cemetery covers 365 acres and is owned by the Roman Catholic Diocese of NYC.
